It’s almost time for the ghosts and goblins to come out! Halloween is coming!
I had so much fun creating this “Bootiful” front porch with Old Time Pottery! Halloween is so fun to decorate for!
We have had the rainiest summer this year. I decided to embrace the cloudy, wet weather because after all it is supposed to be spooky!
The first item I had to have from Old Time Pottery was this cute ghost door hanger! I love that it is white. I knew it would show up well in our doorway.
Then I found this adorable black and white plaid pumpkin doormat and the black and white rug to layer with it. Old Time Pottery has thousands of rugs!
From there I decided a ghost theme would be fun!
These 7 foot long hanging ghosts I found at Old Time Pottery were just perfect. I love that they kind of blend with the house but add just enough spookiness.
I decided to hang a few of them up and down the porch.
We hung them with clear fishing line and hooks. The only problem is when I look out of our window they spook me!
This spooky sign went perfect with the black and white decor I had picked out. Also, love this black haunted house.
Old Time Pottery always has the best seasonal pillows too!
I purchased two for the rockers and two for the swing. My favorite is the BOO one!
They also have all different sized skeletons. These are always fun to play around with and position different ways.
I thought this was too funny! I call it “My Boo”!
The pretty pumpkin is also from Old Time Pottery. They have many different shapes and colors to choose from.
Just a couple skeletons and ghosts hanging out on the porch..
When I’m decorating a large space I always end up changing and adding to it. It’s good to start with your base ideas then go from there. Even though I loved the black and white, I decided to add in some color with mums and pumpkins.
Some of the pumpkins are faux ones from Old Time Pottery and the others are real. You can’t tell the difference! You can also find different sizes of hay bales there for stacking.
To add even more contrast and fun, I used these stick on bats on the walls of the house.
I hope this gives you some ideas for your own Halloween porch! Hurry and check out Old Time Pottery for your decor, they have a great selection of Halloween and Fall items!
As always, thank you to Old Time Pottery for providing me with the awesome decorations!
XOXO,
Jo
