I hope your year is going great so far! I had the opportunity to restyle our living room for the new year with Old Time Pottery! I was so glad because every January I’m always wanting to change things up.

When I was in the store, I saw these super cozy rust colored pillows and those were my inspiration for this space. They are so soft and comfy.

Don’t you just love that color? It’s almost a deep terra cotta. These lighter blush pillows were the perfect compliment to them.

I also spruced up our reading nook in the corner. I found another pretty pillow for the chair that tied in those colors.

I still love this chair and lamp from Old Time Pottery. Im so glad I got this shelf too. It is fun to change out the decor on it.

I love that this heart is a little nod to Valentine’s Day! It’s sweet but neutral. Also, this vase! It is such a pretty blush color and I love the ribbed style I’m seeing everywhere. Im using it as a candle holder for winter, but you could also use it for stems.

I’ve given up on trying to keep big house plants alive inside. Luckily Old Time Pottery has a huge selection of realistic faux trees and plants. This fig tree comes already in a cute basket!

I love the addition of the greenery in this space and it will last forever! I added a basket and pillow to up the cozy.

I wanted to carry these colors to my accessories and I found this lovely gold tray, stems with the blush color, and black candlesticks with coordinating candles. The vases and wooden sphere are also from Old Time Pottery.

I didn’t want to go to Spring-y yet, but I love having touches of it around this time of year. I went with black candle holders to add some contrast and moodiness.

I chose a neutral green garland to give some life to the fireplace. Lanterns are a must in winter. Give me all the candlelight.

I’m so happy with this refresh! What do you think of the colors? I think you can use these accent colors year round. You don’t have to spend a ton to change up your space. Its amazing what pillows, plants and accessories will do! If you go to Old Time Pottery, everything is in one place!
