1 lb of Velveeta cheese, cubed1 can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilis, undrained1 lb of sausage, cooked in skillet Cook sausage then combine with cheese and tomatoes into a covered pot on the stove or a slow cooker. Cook on low. Stir ocassionaly until melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
