Salsa Roll Ups You will need 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4-1/2 cup of salsa, shredded cheese and tortillas. Mix cream cheese with salsa and spread onto tortilla. Spread shredded cheese on top. Roll up and cut into spirals. Voila!
