For all my non-baking friends (that includes me) here is an easy treat to make this Halloween. Witches Hats   All you need are fudge striped cookies, chocolate kisses and a tube of decorating frosting.  Put a dot of frosting on your cookie, attach the kiss then add a bow, that's it!
