Each spring one of my favorite things to do is to clean up our outside patio and give it a fresh look for the upcoming season! This year I had in mind to do black and white to go with our home exterior. Old Time Pottery had the exact rug I was looking for! I […]
This might be one of my favorite makeovers yet! I love decorating for the girls and I’m so thankful they still let me! With them getting older, they are moving away from a “playroom” and more towards a “hangout”. A space where they can play games, watch movies, and hangout with friends. We have the […]
Before I start this post I just want to say I am not an artist by any means! I kept seeing these textured art pieces all over Pinterest and thought maybe I can make one! I do not have the thousands of dollars to spend on a piece of art. Plus I don’t want to […]
I hope your year is going great so far! I had the opportunity to restyle our living room for the new year with Old Time Pottery! I was so glad because every January I’m always wanting to change things up. When I was in the store, I saw these super cozy rust colored pillows and […]
It’s spooky season, y’all and you know what the means! Halloween porch time! We have so much fun putting these together every year. These porches wouldn’t be near as good without Old Time Pottery‘s spooky decor!
I didn’t really have a specific plan this year. When I saw these bright orange leaves, I knew they would stand out against our white house! They also scream FALL.
Old Time Pottery has so many fall garlands to choose from. These were only $6.99 a piece! You don’t need a ton of these to make an impact because they are so colorful.
We decided to frame the doorway with them first. I loved how the orange looked so I went with orange mums and pumpkins too.
Old Time Pottery has so many layering rugs to choose from. I went with this cute black and white plaid. They also have several seasonal doormats to complete your doorway.
And how perfect is this “The witch is in” door hanger?? It also lights up! Once I saw it, I knew I wanted to hang witch hats like before. They really draw your eye up.
They also had the super popular huge jack o lanterns!
The spooky spider web fills up this corner perfectly. It was so inexpensive too!
One fun thing I always like to use are these skeletons. You can pose them all different ways. This year we put them crawling up the posts. My girls got a kick out of them.
It’s hard to pick my favorite part of this porch, but I think its the spooky swing! We used some of the same garlands to wrap around the chains and I love how it turned out.
There’s another skeleton crawling the post!
My husband had the great idea to hang two witch hats above the swing to look like two invisible witches swinging. So fun!
Old Time Pottery has so many adorable halloween pillows! I went with black and white here. The cinnamon brooms are also from there!
For more color, I scattered leaves from the leftover garland we had!
So there you have this year’s Halloween Porch! What’s your favorite part?
I hope this gives you lots of inspiration to decorate your porch this spooky season! All of this decor came from Old Time Pottery! Check them out for your seasonal decorating needs!
Big thank you to my husband for all of his help!! and ofcourse Old Time Pottery for providing everything!
